Role OverviewAWARE is seeking a LCPC/LCSW to provide clinical program supervision, coordinate skill-building activities, and collaborate with professionals to plan and coordinate treatment for youths. The successful candidate will provide clinical program supervision, coordinate skill-building activities, collaborate with professionals to plan and coordinate treatment, monitor and evaluate progress, participate in treatment team meetings, and provide clinical supervision.

The successful candidate will be a strong fit for this role if they have an advanced degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field, at least one year of direct work experience, and are licensed or licensable as an LCSW, LCPC, or Psychologist. They will also be able to assess youth and their families from a strength's perspective and work with a variety of people using strong oral and written communication skills.
Requirements
- Advanced degree (MS, MA, PhD) in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
- At least one (1) year direct work experience
- Licensed or licensable as an LCSW, LCPC, or Psychologist, or any other such license as recognized and regulated in the State of Montana
- Clinical understanding of youth who are emotionally challenged and have learning differences
- Ability to assess youth and their families from a strength's perspective
- Ability to work with a variety of people using strong oral and written communication skills
