Job Description
Job Description: The Site Lead is responsible for supervising InSite Supervisors, foremen, technicians, and administration, ensuring Health and Safety Requirements are adhered to, and overseeing site operations. The role involves transitioning military personnel who can leverage their skills and training as they return to civilian life.
Requirements
2- 4 years of Leak Detection and Repair Experience
2 + years of Industrial Supervisory experience
Experience working with LDAR Data Base Guideware
Ability to work under extreme climate conditions (excessive high heat index of 95+ degrees Fahrenheit, 98% humidity & subzero weather conditions)
Ability to withstand exposure to dust, chemical & environmental, fumes (chemical & fluids), exhaust & highly pressurized fluids
