Role OverviewLead Leak Detection and Repair (LDAR) and Benzene Waste Operations NESHAP (BWON) programs at a major refinery site in Norco, LA. This role is ideal for a seasoned LDAR professional who enjoys leading field teams, solving technical challenges, and ensuring environmental compliance for complex industrial operations.
What You Will Do
Oversee day-to-day LDAR and BWON activities, mentor technicians, support compliance programs, and work closely with customers and internal leadership to deliver high-quality environmental services.

Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in LDAR or industrial environmental services
- Experience in refinery, petrochemical, or industrial environments
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
- BWON program experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of EPA and state environmental regulations
- Experience managing remote or multi-site field teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a technical field preferred
- Equivalent industry experience will be considered
