Role OverviewThis working-level position requires a high level of aviation maintenance expertise and is responsible for the maintenance, workmanship, and training of employees under direct oversight. The primary focus is on product integrity and regulatory compliance on 2nd shift.
What You Will Do
Ensure personnel perform maintenance in accordance with approved data, coach and mentor employees on proper maintenance techniques, communicate with supervisors, process maintenance forms, and notify the Director of Quality Assurance of suspected un-airworthy conditions.
