Lead Alterations Specialist is responsible for completing all fittings and alterations to the high standards of David’s Bridal and providing superior customer service.

Requirements

  • Welcome all customers with genuine, and friendly enthusiasm over the phone and in person
  • Drives customer loyalty by making clientele calls to maximize appointments
  • Lead and oversee all alterations fittings, sewing, steaming, pressing and spot cleaning of garments to company standards
