What You Will Do
Develop and deliver National Grid's strategy for grid flexibility and distributed energy resources (DERs) market development in Massachusetts, ensuring alignment with regulatory priorities and business needs, and the objectives of National Grid's ESMP. Lead the design, implementation, and scaling of grid flexibility offerings, procurement approaches, commercial frameworks, and got-to-market participation models that advance ESMP objectives and support clean energy development.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5-8+ years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience in grid flexibility, non-wires alternatives (NWAs), distributed energy resources (DERs), demand response, virtual power plants (VPPs), utility programs, or grid services development
- Market design, commercial strategy, regulatory policy, or stakeholder engagement experience
- Program or project management experience, including go-to-market execution and cross-functional coordination
- Digital product strategy, platform enablement, or technology implementation supporting energy markets or utility operations experience
- Ability to collaborate with utilities, DER developers, aggregators, flexibility providers, or other energy market stakeholders
- Ability to influence and align diverse technical, commercial, regulatory, and external stakeholders
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
