Role OverviewThe Lead Analytics & Visualization Operations Engineer is responsible for leading the design, development, and sustainment of operational analytics dashboards and websites that provide mission-critical insights for NGA executives and leadership. This role ensures the operational continuity and effectiveness of visualization solutions, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
What You Will Do
Supervise and mentor junior team members, oversee workload distribution, collect, condition, and analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights, utilize advanced analytics tools to provide real-time, meaningful visualizations for IT service and operations management.

Requirements
- High School Diploma with GED equivalent, 10+ years of relevant experience OR: Associate’s degree and 6+ years’ experience OR: Bachelor’s Degree and 4+ years’ experience
- Relevant experience in the following: Analytics, Visual Operations, Data Collection, Experience in the Intelligence Community
- TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain CI poly
- Successfully pass background and drug screening
