Role Overview

As a Lead Animal Care Technician, you'll be a kind, conscientious, detail-oriented caregiver with a flexible schedule and desire to lead people. You'll be responsible for setting the standard for optimum operation of your center, teaching staff their roles, and providing them with the advice and resources necessary to succeed.

What You Will Do

Your duties will include shining example, training staff, accountability, playgroup supervision, canine knowledge, cleaning, daily care, problem solving, being proactive, working together, guest service, and safety first.
