Role OverviewThis position is responsible for enhancing, supporting, and maintaining an application or applications and provides guidance, leadership, and technical supervision to teams of application analysts in their area of expertise. Collaborates with multiple stakeholders to understand the overall business roadmaps and prioritizes accordingly. Comfortable managing and communicating pertinent information as needed.
What You Will Do
Troubleshoots, researches, and solves technically challenging problems involving integrated systems. Provides coaching and mentoring to team members. Coordinates the work of the team to ensure timely assignment of work product.
