Role OverviewThe Avionics Lead Technician is responsible for ensuring airworthiness of aircraft upon completion of maintenance at the facility. The role requires a certified A&P Technician or a Repairman Certificate, an FCC certificate, or a Radio Repairman Operator certificate.
What You Will Do
The Lead Technician will be available for consultation, ensure required paperwork is completed, and monitor and report work performance to supervisors. They will also assist supervisors in reviewing personnel and perform on-the-job training.

Requirements
- Associates degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
