Role OverviewA senior AWS architect to lead the design and implementation of a federal enterprise data, analytics, and AI platform. The work begins with proposal and technical-challenge support and may continue through transition and long-term operations following award.
What You Will Do
Own the end-to-end architecture for ingestion, storage, transformation, analytics, AI, identity, security, monitoring, and operations. Translate the solicitation and PWS into an implementable AWS architecture.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have at least eight years of AWS architecture experience, hands-on expertise with various AWS services, and experience designing secure data platforms for federal or regulated environments.
Requirements
- At least eight years of AWS architecture experience
- Hands-on expertise with Amazon Bedrock, Step Functions, S3, Glue, Athena, QuickSight/Quick Suite, IAM, KMS, CloudTrail, and CloudWatch
- Experience designing secure data platforms for federal or regulated environments
- Strong knowledge of FedRAMP authorization boundaries and the AWS shared-responsibility model
- Experience with data integration, APIs, schema diversity, data quality, scaling, and enterprise identity
- Ability to explain technical decisions clearly to nontechnical executives and Government evaluators
