Job Description
Aspire Bakeries is seeking a Production Lead to join their team at their Swedesboro, NJ bakery. The successful candidate will be accountable for coordinating daily production activities, supporting line coverage, and ensuring products meet quality and safety standards while keeping production flowing efficiently.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 3 years of related production experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 1 year of Lead Operator experience and 6+ months of Ingredient Operator or related experience
  • Ability to understand and operate mixing and dough processing equipment
  • Ability to read scales, temperatures, and complete production paperwork accurately
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to read and interpret SOPs, safety rules, and reports
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and SAP
