Job Description
Role Overview

As a Lead Barista, you will be responsible for ensuring service standards are met and surpassed by providing customers with prompt, quality coffee selection, purchase and preparation. You will also be responsible for supervising and directing department personnel to ensure quality customer service.

What You Will Do

Increase sales through effective marketing and merchandising of products, assist in supervision and direction of department personnel, delegate job assignments and responsibilities, and maintain customer service area and equipment in a clean and appealing manner.
