What You Will Do
Lead the day-to-day operations of the bar, create and maintain innovative seasonal cocktail menus, recruit, train, and inspire bartenders, manage inventory, and maintain compliance with all alcohol service, health, and safety regulations.

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Lead Bartender, Head Bartender, or in a bar leadership role
- Extensive knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and craft cocktails
- A proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team
- Outstanding communication and guest service skills
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Experience managing inventory, ordering, and beverage costs
- Comfortable working with POS systems and technology
