Role OverviewAs a Lead Bath Installer, you will be responsible for installing bath products and setting the pace and tone of each job given to the team. You will work in a customer-facing support role, providing face-to-face, phone, and email support to customers, troubleshooting complex customer issues, and ensuring 100% customer satisfaction.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include reviewing home improvement contracts for accuracy, performing complete and accurate pre-construction activities, accurately measuring products, completing product orders, developing labor estimates, and communicating with customers and crew to resolve conflicts.
