Role OverviewLaunch Potato is looking for a Lead BI Developer to own the reporting infrastructure that powers decision-making across their Credit Cards, Make Money/Manage Money, Banking, and Marketplace verticals. The successful candidate will be embedded with the business team, partnering closely to uncover meaningful trends, conduct retrospective analyses, and challenge the team with insights they aren't currently seeing.
What You Will Do
As a Lead BI Developer, you will actively engage with stakeholders to audit existing reporting, develop a roadmap to standardize reporting across verticals, and improve dashboard standardization while executing on ad hoc requests with accuracy and business context.

Requirements
- Expert SQL & Comfortable with Unstructured Complex Data

- Advanced LookML Development (or equivalent in Power BI / Tableau)

- Minimum 7 years in business intelligence or analytics with direct exposure to performance or affiliate marketing
