Job Description
The Lead Building Engineer oversees the day-to-day operations and maintenance of building systems, ensuring efficient and safe building performance, and supervising engineering staff and contractors.

Requirements

  • Monitor the operating condition of all HVAC, plumbing, and electrical equipment.
  • Coordinate preventive maintenance and emergency repairs for the building.
  • Supervise and mentor junior Engineers and Technicians.
  • Collaborate with tenants, contractors, and property managers to ensure reliable building operations and resolve tenant issues.
  • Manage preventive maintenance schedules and ensure they are executed effectively.
  • Follow company safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Communicate verbally and in writing with teammates, leadership team, vendors, tenants, and client employees in a professional manner.
