Role OverviewThe Lead Business Process Analyst will lead initiatives to achieve Logistics Excellence and support scaling initiatives. This role will conceive, develop, and implement improved end-to-end logistics processes to deliver business objectives.

The successful candidate will lead initiatives, apply structured problem-solving, perform process and data analyses, build and execute a cost transformation plan, and create and sustain an innovative Logistics Excellence culture.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 8-12 years of related experience
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
- willingness to pursue Black Belt within 6 months
