Role OverviewAs a Lead Carpenter, you will lead the installation of custom cabinetry, countertops, and finish carpentry on showroom and residential projects. You will work in a team environment, leading a crew of carpenters and ensuring the highest quality of work. You will be responsible for studying assigned jobs, understanding the full project scope, timeline, materials, and subcontractor tasks, and owning quality control and final walkthroughs for your crew's work.
What You Will Do
Your main responsibilities will include leading installation of custom cabinetry, countertops, and finish carpentry, studying assigned jobs, owning quality control and final walkthroughs, supervising the jobsite, mentoring and training apprentices, and solving complex fit-and-finish challenges independently.

Requirements
- 10+ years of carpentry, custom cabinet installation, or finish carpentry experience
- Proven ability to lead and train other carpenters
- Deep experience with high-end or custom finish carpentry
- Reads plans, blueprints, elevations, and job specifications fluently
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and perform physical labor daily
- Must speak, read, and comprehend English
- OSHA 10 Certification is a plus
