Job Description
The Lead Case Manager provides clinical and administrative supervision to a team of Case Managers while maintaining a caseload of clients experiencing homelessness in Washington, DC. This role ensures services are delivered in alignment with Housing First, harm reduction, and client-centered care principles.
Requirements
Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or related field
DC licensure as a Licensed Graduate Social Worker (LGSW) or Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC)
2 years' experience in case management and/or counseling services to individuals/families experiencing homelessness
Experience supervising staff performing case management services (desired)
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and writing skills, as well as computer literacy
Patience, creativity, flexibility, compassion, and sensitivity to persons with disabilities and other minority populations
Bilingual English/Spanish (desired)
Driver's license and access to motor vehicle
