Job Description
The Lead Case Manager provides clinical and administrative supervision to a team of Case Managers while maintaining a caseload of clients experiencing homelessness in Washington, DC. This role ensures services are delivered in alignment with Housing First, harm reduction, and client-centered care principles.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or related field
  • DC licensure as a Licensed Graduate Social Worker (LGSW) or Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC)
  • 2 years' experience in case management and/or counseling services to individuals/families experiencing homelessness
  • Experience supervising staff performing case management services (desired)
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and writing skills, as well as computer literacy
  • Patience, creativity, flexibility, compassion, and sensitivity to persons with disabilities and other minority populations
  • Bilingual English/Spanish (desired)
  • Driver's license and access to motor vehicle
