Role OverviewThe Lead Cashier is responsible for managing the float, making buys to replenish the bank, and ensuring the security of the cage. They are also accountable for any shortage or overage in their bank at the end of the shift. The Lead Cashier assists in the balancing of Cashier's impress banks, oversees credit card and check transactions, and is responsible for all aspects of the cashiering operation throughout the duration of the shift.
What You Will Do
The Lead Cashier will be responsible for logging and maintaining Title 31 compliance accurately, assisting with the training and scheduling of staff, and may be required to assist with other slots-related duties from time to time.

Requirements
- Must be age 21 or older
- Must qualify for a Tribal Key-Gaming license
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
- At least one-year post-secondary education or business administration or another applicable curriculum
- Must be able to communicate in the primary language used in the workplace
- Posses basic Math skills and can handle money accurately
- Minimum one year’s experience in a high volume, fast paced cashiering environment
- Bank teller experience preferred
