Role OverviewWe are seeking a reliable Lead Children’s Services Coordinator to help manage assigned youth programs, guide our frontline staff, and fiercely advocate for the resources the families we serve deserve.
What You Will Do
Supervise, coach, and evaluate staff members, oversee care and services for a caseload of children, develop individualized service plans, conduct regular home and field visits, and advocate for essential community resources.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must have 2 years of experience working with children, BHP certification preferred, and a valid state-issued driver's license, current vehicle insurance declaration, and vehicle registration.

- Bachelor’s degree in social services or related field
