Role OverviewThe Lead Client Solutions Executive III (Government) is a senior sales lead focused on selling products and services to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). The role requires experience in federal contracting and sales, understanding of complex technology solutions, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas. The position is located in Chantilly, Virginia and requires office presence of a minimum of 1 day per week.
What You Will Do
Develop strategic account plans, manage complex sales cycles with multiple federal stakeholders, build relationships with key DHS customers, and identify, build, and maintain long-term client relationships in the DHS segment.

The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience with Federal Government Customers and the FAR, a GSA Public Trust clearance, and the ability to secure a Secret/Top Secret clearance and/or DoW clearance. The role offers a base salary between $116,200 - $174,400 + commission with a total target compensation of $186,200 - $244,400.
Requirements
- Sales lead with advanced understanding of sales principles, practices, products, and services
- Manages large, complex sales with minimal supervision
- Able to work independently when provided with broad objectives
- Responsible for higher-than-average sales quota or territory
- 6-8 years' experience with Federal Government Customers and the FAR
