Job Description
Provides intensive therapeutic services, oversees clinicians, and represents the agency professionally. Responsible for clinical supervision, training, and documentation. Must have a Master's degree in therapeutic training, with experience in working with the sexual offending population and/or adolescents preferred.

Requirements

  • Direct supervision of clinicians
  • Clinical supervision of residents
  • Collaboration with milieu supervisor and consulting therapists
  • Investigation and resolution of clinical grievances
  • New clinician orientation and training
  • Clinical training for residential team and new employee trainings
  • Maintenance of client documentation and timelines
  • Rotation for on-call responsibilities
  • Conducts family therapy and therapeutic groups
  • Completes client files and assessments
  • Participates in unit meetings and provides feedback on caseload
  • Runs/co-facilitates therapeutic groups
  • Completes court reports and SBARs
  • Maintains regular contact with juvenile probation officers and caseworkers
  • Acts as clinical information liaison to attending psychiatrist
  • Manages client safety planning and conducts risk assessments
  • Attends required meetings and court hearings
  • Offers professional training to staff
  • Participates in quarterly discharge reviews and monthly rotation for weekend coverage
