Job Description
Protech Mechanical seeks a highly experienced HVAC Service Technician to lead complex service work, large projects, and mentor other technicians while delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain advanced and complex commercial HVAC systems
  • Act as a front-line technical leader, providing guidance, training, and support to other technicians
  • Communicate clearly with customers, explain work performed, and build long-term client relationships
  • Document job progress and communicate status to internal stakeholders
  • Use mobile/app-based service and reporting software
