Role OverviewThe Lead Consultant will lead initiatives that modernize workflows, embed AI into daily operations, and deliver results that matter. They will work directly with clients to understand their challenges, design solutions that drive efficiency, and lead cross-functional teams to bring those solutions to life.
What You Will Do
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of process improvement and AI transformation projects from concept to completion. Serve as a people leader, coach, mentor, and develop team members to reach their full potential.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 8 years of experience related to the Job Description
- Project management experience, with a strong focus on process improvement and/or technology transformation
- Demonstrated experience as a people leader—mentoring, coaching, and developing high-performing teams
- Proven success in client-facing roles, building trust and delivering value
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels
- Working knowledge of AI concepts, tools, and their application in business process optimization
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable strategies
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of delivering measurable outcomes
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- PMP, Prosci, Lean Six Sigma, or Agile certification preferred
