Job Description
Domino's Pizza is seeking a Lead Continuous Improvement Specialist to drive supply chain operations and support the company's journey to becoming a technology leader. This role involves problem solving, data analysis, and process improvement, with a strong focus on Lean methodologies and a hands-on approach. The ideal candidate will be able to build relationships with other centers and travel to CO, Washington, Arizona, Southern California, or Northern California for a 50% travel commitment.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of manufacturing/operations/engineering leadership
  • Proficient at data analysis: SAP and SQL experience a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly assess and make clear recommendations for improvement
  • Strong problem solving capability and improvement methodologies
  • Strong financial acumen, especially around productivity and cost leverage
  • Strong team building and influencing skills
  • Strong communicator – facilitation, written and verbal
  • Ability to travel to Canada 50%
