Job Description
The Lead Controls Assembler combines hands-on electrical assembly with leadership responsibilities, supporting team coordination, quality control, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Lead assembly of electrical systems per drawings, BOMs, and standards
  • Train and support skid wiring team members
  • Coordinate workflow and resource allocation with scheduling
  • Perform wiring, routing, and component installation as needed
  • Review and update drawings with redline markups
  • Identify and resolve build and design issues
  • Partner with quality and engineering teams on improvements
  • Maintain safety, quality, and production standards
