Requirements
2+ years of culinary experience in a hotel, resort, or high-volume restaurant kitchen.
Proven butchery experience with beef, poultry, pork, and seafood fabrication.
Strong knife skills and understanding of portion control and yield management.
Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and cross-contamination prevention.
Ability to stand for extended periods and can lift up to moderate weight.
Flexibility to work early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
