Role OverviewTigg's Canteen Services is looking for a Lead Cook to work in a structured correctional environment. The role requires the ability to work well in a structured environment, read and follow company recipes, and lead, instruct, and assist with meal preparations.
What You Will Do
The Lead Cook will be responsible for food preparation, baking, cooking, and clean-up, as well as leading and instructing meal preparations.

- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays on a rotating basis
- Flexibility to work varying shifts - days and hours (between 9:00am - 6:00pm)
- Clearance approval into the facility
- Previous food service or kitchen experience
