Job Description
The Lead Corp Security Consultant - Executive Services is responsible for delivering executive protection and support services to ensure the safety, productivity, and privacy of the CEO, executive leadership team, and board of directors. The role involves managing physical security risks, generating intelligence and awareness, and providing incident response and recovery procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience working in a private-sector multi-national, matrixed organization
  • Strong ability to engage, effectively communicate with, and influence senior leadership
  • Demonstrated business acumen
  • Ability to balance operational and security needs with business and cultural goals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a highly collaborative team environment
  • Self-motivated and able to work remotely with little or no direct supervision
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Unquestioned personal and business integrity with proven ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information; excellent judgment, discretion, and decision-making ability
  • Excellent problem-solving ability
  • Experience leading programs, projects or people
  • Proficiency in standard office software programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and PowerPoint)
  • Proven decision-making ability under stress and during emergency situations
  • EMT-B certification or ability to achieve one within first year
  • 4 years of experience as a licensed peace officer; ability to meet the qualifications required for certification as an Armed Security Officer (ASO) in accordance with the DCA Access Standard Security Program (DASSP)
