Lead Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor – Data Center Construction

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of cost management or project controls experience, including experience leading teams or major work packages
• Proven experience in large‐scale, mission‐critical, industrial, or complex commercial construction environments
• Strong skills in cost planning, budgeting, financial reporting, forecasting, and cost control systems
• Solid understanding of procurement strategies, contract management, and commercial risk allocation
• RICS accreditation or progress toward certification strongly preferred
