Job Description
Lead CSR will serve as the first face of Builtwell Bank, building relationships with customers and providing transaction services with a high level of customer service. They will supervise CSRs, run a teller window, and balance cash items.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Basic computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Stellar customer service skills
  • Ability to work with money transactions with high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds in coin or currency
