This full-time, field-based role serves residential and commercial client sites across the Greater Houston area.
What You Will Do
Capture precise window and patio measurements, securely mount premium interior blinds, shades, shutters, drapery, and heavy-duty exterior patio shades. Program, configure, and troubleshoot motorized window treatments, integrating them into smart-home automation systems. Demonstrate product functionality and app controls to clients, and maintain a clean work site while managing inventory on the company service vehicle.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in finish carpentry, window treatment installation, or a similar hands-on trade
- Familiarity with high-end brands like Hunter Douglas, Graber, Norman, Alta, or Somfy is highly preferred
- Strong familiarity with Bluetooth, Wi-Fi configuration, and smart-home automation systems for setting up motorized units
- Mastery of power tools, specialized anchors, fasteners, and laser measuring devices
- Exceptional communication skills and a clean, presentable appearance suitable for high-end residential work
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50–70 pounds
- Comfort working safely on tall ladders, scaffolding, or step stools
