Kaseware is seeking a Lead Customer Experience Manager to develop and implement strategies to enhance customer interactions and satisfaction within law enforcement and corporate security. This role involves liaising with stakeholders, championing the customer perspective, and leading a team of customer experience managers. It focuses on improving the customer experience and ensuring the full value of services/products provided.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Minimum of 7 years experience in IT as a senior customer experience or implementation manager
  • Experience working with quality management approaches
  • Full understanding of software development lifecycle
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience leading a team of senior members
