What You Will Do
Main lobby operations – check-ins, check-outs, guest visits and tours, answering general questions, answering and handling calls in a professional manner, maintaining cleanliness, scheduling, file maintenance, data entry.

Requirements
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- 1-year customer service experience preferred
- Computer skills
- Timekeeping
- Excellent organizational skills
- Able to utilize multi-line phone
- Strong communication skills
- Able to lift 40 lbs.
- Able to stand for up to 8 hours a day
- Able to handle dogs on leashes
- Display professional manner at all times
