Zenoti is a cloud-based software solution for the beauty and wellness industry. We're looking for a Lead Customer Success Manager to create value and drive revenue for our customers. The role requires a strategic and trusted business partner who can analyze customer data, develop recommendations, and drive solutions to deliver results.
Requirements
Work with large scale enterprise customers
Experience with SaaS or Cloud technical accounts
Previous Senior-level Program Management or Product Management experience
Executive facilitator with excellent presentation and written communication skills
