Job Description
Lead CX/UX Designer role for the UpToDate Expert AI team, responsible for leading the effort to foster a mobile-first design culture and collaborating with cross-functional teams to build a clinical knowledge application. The role is a hybrid position, with eight days a month spent in a local office within 50 miles.

Requirements

  • 10 years of experience working as a Lead UX designer
  • Hands-on experience building mobile web and native apps
  • Familiar with principles of Lean Product and Lean UX
  • Ability to build trusted relationships and act as a liaison among the UX, product, clinical, and technology teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Product Design, or related field
