Job Description
The New York City Department of Housing Preservation Development (HPD) is seeking a Lead Data Coordinator/Analyst to support the Division of Property Management and the Division of Asset Management – Tenant Interim Lease (TIL) Program in ensuring compliance of City-owned buildings with existing and emerging Federal and Local lead-related laws.

Requirements

  • Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college
  • Two years of experience in community work or community centered activities in an area related to the duties described above
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Comfort working in a PC-based environment
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Working knowledge of New York City government operations and housing-related issues
  • Excellent written, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
