Role OverviewWe're looking for an experienced Dental Assistant to step into a leadership role at our practice. As Lead Dental Assistant, you'll be the go-to person for our dental assistant team, training new hires, optimizing how we work together, and making sure everything runs smoothly on the clinical floor.
What You Will Do
Train and onboard new dental assistants, getting them up to speed on our systems, protocols, and patient care standards. Be a resource and mentor for dental assistants—answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and providing guidance. Maintain supply inventory and ensure treatment rooms are properly stocked and organized.

Requirements
- Active NJ Dental X-Ray License
- 3-5 years of hands-on dental assisting experience
