We are seeking a Lead Diesel Mechanic to join our team. The successful candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, 5+ years of experience as a Tractor Technician or Lead Technician, and excellent customer service and communication skills.

Requirements

  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • 5+ years prior work experience as a Tractor Technician, Lead Technician or similar job function
  • Skill with windows based computer systems
  • Technical reading aptitude
  • Valid driver's license
  • Excellent customer service, oral and written communication, and teambuilding skills
  • Basic welding skills
  • Ability to provide own basic hand tools
