Role OverviewRepair company tractors and trailers as a Lead Diesel Technician in Marysville, OH. Act as the decision-maker during shifts when there is no manager on duty. Perform annual vehicle inspections, routine preventative maintenance and replacement and repair services.
What You Will Do
Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical problems related to all truck systems, including engine, drive train, cab, brakes, suspension, electrical and communication systems. Assist the leadership team in developing associates' skills, leading team meetings and enforcing Schneider’s established parts processes.
