Role Overview

As a Lead Direct Support Professional, you will provide direct support while taking on a leadership role within the home, mentoring staff and supporting day-to-day operations to ensure high-quality, person-centered care. You will lead by example, coaching and supporting Direct Support Professionals, and assist with daily living skills, personal care, and community engagement.

What You Will Do

Daily responsibilities include leading by example, coaching and supporting Direct Support Professionals, assisting with daily living skills, personal care, and community engagement, ensuring person-centered plans, behavior plans, and documentation are followed accurately, and supporting day-to-day operations of the home in partnership with leadership.
