Role Overview

As a Lead Direct Support Professional, you will provide direct support while taking on a leadership role within the home, mentoring staff and supporting day-to-day operations to ensure high-quality, person-centered care.

What You Will Do

Daily responsibilities include leading by example, coaching and supporting Direct Support Professionals, assisting with daily living skills, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized home environment.
