Role OverviewAs a Lead Program Counselor (DSP), you'll support individuals with developmental and physical disabilities in a residential group home setting, assisting with daily living skills, medical needs, and individualized support plans.

Your responsibilities may include assisting with daily living skills, supporting medical needs, following individualized support and behavior plans, encouraging community involvement, and completing routine overnight safety checks.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Connecticut Driver's License
- Ability to obtain DDS Medication Certification, CPR, and First Aid
- 1-year of residential experience
