Role OverviewAs a Program Lead, you'll provide hands-on support while helping lead the day-to-day operations of a residential program serving adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You'll build meaningful relationships, promote independence, and ensure the success of the home.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include building person-centered relationships, assisting with daily living activities, supporting community outings, and administering medications. You'll also maintain a safe and welcoming home environment and serve as a mentor and positive role model.

Requirements
- Previous experience supporting individuals with IDD or in a DSP role
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to become an approved company driver
- Ability to pass a national background check
