Role OverviewThe Lead Direct Care Professional provides oversight, support, and direct care to individuals served by Hope Network across a variety of settings. This role serves as a leader on shift, modeling person-centered support, promoting independence, and ensuring the implementation of medical, clinical, therapeutic, and behavioral support plans.
What You Will Do
Assist with daily living (ADLs), personal care, and medications, support community outings, transportation, and activities, build positive relationships and encourage independence, and help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment.

Requirements
- Minimum Education required: Bachelors degree with 2 years experience in applicable setting
- Associates degree with 3 years experience in applicable setting
- HS Diploma/GED with 4 years experience in applicable setting
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to pass background checks and fingerprints
- Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification
