Job Description
Lead Direct Support Professional (DSP) responsible for taking care of individuals with developmental disabilities, empowering them to live independently by assisting with daily activities and attending community events.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must possess an active driver’s license with a good driving record.
  • Willing and able to pass a background check.
  • Willing to complete an Adult CPR and First Aid course.
  • Be able to lift, push, and pull at least 50 pounds.
  • Embody patience, kindness, and possess a servant’s heart and hands.
