What You Will Do
Develop and implement weekly play-based, age-appropriate lesson plans and activities, observe and assess child development, maintain accurate documentation, establish a positive classroom culture, manage classroom behavior, and provide daily communication with parents.

Requirements
- Demonstrated experience working with young children in a licensed early childhood education setting
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job
- Willingness to undergo background checks and meet state licensing requirements
- Valid CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of employment
- Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift up to 65lbs
- Initiative and a 'can do!' attitude
- Flexibility and open-minded mindset
- Ability to regularly use technology such as Microsoft Office and online lesson planning
