What You Will Do
Provides potential solutions to complex issues, reviews the work of designers, acts as a field resource, and performs layout of electrical equipment in electrical buildings.

Requires self-direction, leadership, and training of less experienced designers, with experience in refining or petrochemical industry and utilizing computer-aided drafting programs.
Requirements
- Associate degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or High School diploma + 5 years’ experience as a minimum
- 10-20 years minimum relevant experience in refining or petrochemical industry
- Self directs work with limited supervision
- Provides guidance, leadership, and training to less experienced designers
- Experience utilizing a computer-aided drafting program (MicroStation, AutoCAD, Navis Works) and have knowledge of the latest computer operating systems; thorough understanding of spreadsheets and databases
